Luxe Condo Living
This luxury condominium in Kansas City was created for a couple transitioning into a new phase of life — one that values ease, connection, and a home that feels supportive rather than demanding. After years of maintaining a larger home, they chose a prime location with views of the Country Club Plaza, where everyday rhythms now include more walks and moments of quiet enjoyment close to art, dining, and culture.
The design centers around a soft modern palette of muted hues — pinks, grays, ivory, and taupe — balanced with warm wood and antiqued brass accents. These materials work together to create a feeling of relaxed sophistication that aligns with this couple’s evolving lifestyle.
Curved silhouettes and rounded profiles play a key role in shaping the space’s character. From furnishings to carefully chosen accessories, these forms provide a sense of calm movement and tactile comfort, inviting you to slow down and savor the home. Here, design is not just about how the space looks, but how it feels in everyday life — a place where quiet evenings, warm conversations, and reflective moments are equally valued.
This project celebrates design as support for life’s transitions — a space that feels both intentional and effortless, sophisticated yet welcoming. It is a refined backdrop for new beginnings, lived experiences, and the quieter pleasures that come with slowing down and embracing what matters most.
