This property best showcases my favorite style of decorating. It has a collected and curated look with layering and textures, personal storytelling elements, and unique conversation pieces. This is often a look that takes time to create in order to feel authentic.

 

To fast-track this look, however, I mix in old and newer décor pieces. I also take a close inspection of a client's possessions and objects to determine if there are intriguing juxtapositions when artifacts are placed together.

 

Often times, untold stories behind items emerge from clients during this process which gives added dimension and value to items that otherwise may hold less meaning.
